Cookie Dough Fudge Pie
I sprinkled a few extra oats on top to let people know they were in there.
Cookie dough fudge pie. 1 2 cup butter room temperature 1 4 cup granulated sugar 1 4 cup brown sugar packed 1 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons half and half 1 2 cup all purpose flour. To make this pie i started by pressing pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough into a 9 inch pie plate. An easy recipe that has a sugar crust brownie with a fudge like center. Set aside 1 5 of the dough for later.
